Some of the Weight Management notifications are only sent to your hospital this is because they are ones that require you to ensure the weight management plan is still appropriate and make any required changes. These are not sent directly to your client in order to minimise any effect of them adjusting the plan themselves without your knowledge.
Hospital only notifications include:

• Notification when the predicted change for your patient is greater than 2% at any time.
  
• This notification is turned on by default for all patients using the weight management module and you do not have the ability to turn it off.
  
• Notification when your patient won't achieve goal weight on set diet.
  
• This can be turned on and off by selecting the check box in the eating plan section of the module.
• This notification is generated for any of the following situations:
• For animals more than 10% under or over weight, this notification will be sent when the predicted weight change is less than 0.3% per week towards the goal weight.
• For animals 3% to 10% under or over weight, this notification will be sent if the predicted change is the opposite of what is desired. 
• For animals within 3% of their goal weight, this notification will be sent if a weight change of more than 0.3% per week is predicted. 
• Notification when any exercise goals are not achieved.
• This can be turned on and off by selecting the check box in the exercise plan section of the weight management module.
  
• If you have a patient not reaching their exercise goals we recommend you re-visit these goals to ensure they are not set at an unattainable level as goals continuously not being met can cause discouragement and clients may stop trying.
• This option is only available if you have the exercise plan enabled.
