Understanding the plots
The Sleep Summary
The sleep summary is a table that lists the sleep values for your patient for the previous week.
There are three main sections to this table.
- Sleep totals
 - This contains the number of hours sleep your patient had each day
 - It shows values for
 - All sleep
 - Night time sleep
 - Opportunistic sleep
 - Night Time Disturbances
 - This contains the length of time your patient was awake during their normal night time sleep period(s)
 - This is further broken down by type of disturbance
 - Alert/Moving
 - Walking
 - Running
 - Scratching
 - Warning Thresholds
 - This identifies the length of sleep or amount or disturbance needed before a sleep notification would been generated.
 - When these levels have been breached the corresponding day and type of disturbance is shaded red to allow for easy identification of these breaches.
 - An up or down arrow next to the value quickly identifies whether this is higher or lower than normal.
