Using the Hardware Page
The primary reason for the hardware page is to allow you to keep track of the devices registered with your hospital.
You can search for a device by serial number, animal name or client name.
- Search by serial number if you need to know who has or has had that serial number. The History option will list all previous patients for a monitor.
- Search by animal name or client name if you need to know what monitor has previously been worn by the patient. (You will need to tick the show inactive devices option at the top of the list).
- Search by client name if you need to know the receiver registered to a client for troubleshooting purposes.
